We collect location to share your position with dispatch during active trips, verify proximity to delivery points, update customer delivery locations when you choose to do so, and support trip tracking and reporting. Location is collected only when you use relevant features (such as starting or resuming a trip) and when the required device permissions are enabled.
We also collect mobile phone numbers for OTP authentication; photos and scan data from barcode scanning; audio recordings when you attach voice messages; signatures and delivery-related information entered during trips; and operational records such as trip, ticket, and leave data generated through the app.
Device Permissions
The app may request permissions including location, camera (for barcode scanning), microphone (for voice attachments), and notifications (for operational alerts and live trip tracking). These permissions are used only to provide the related features described in this policy.
How We Use Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve the mobile application;

Location and operational data may also be visible to authorised users within your organisation (for example dispatch, managers, or support staff) as required for delivery operations.
